All rights in the PNLCanvas name, branding, and software are reserved by the service owner, except where otherwise stated.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service owner is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of PNLCanvas.
Dispute Resolution
If a dispute arises, both parties agree to first attempt informal resolution by contacting support@pnlcanvas.com. If unresolved, courts located in Pune, Maharashtra, India will have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to applicable law.
Changes to Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
